Blue Chip Pest Services Honored As a Top 100 Firm in United States
Blue Chip was recently honored as one of the 100 largest pest control firms in the United States. This achievement represents a total team effort, as real growth comes from keeping customers for the long term and that starts with great customer service. We are very happy to receive this honor, but we keep ourselves grounded in the fact that we are still family owned and operated. This means we still operate as a small business with real people answering the phones, training all of our staff above and beyond state standards, and making sure that we are solving pest problems right the first time.
Blue Chip Pest Services Becomes The First Company Based in Missouri to Join Environmental Protection Agency Pesticide Stewardship Program
We have taken numerous steps over the last few years to become better stewards of our environment. These changes include going mostly paperless in our office, using less water, and buying more fuel efficient cars and trucks to reduce our environmental footprint. These changes have been recognized by the EPA and we have been included in their Pesticide Environmental Stewardship Program, whose aim is to reduce pesticide usage in our environment. Our acceptance letter states: “We want to thank you for your continued interest in the Pesticide Environmental Stewardship Program (PESP) and for submitting your strategy on behalf of Blue Chip Pest Services. Based on the information provided in your membership application and strategy, we would like to extend full membership in PESP to your company. We feel your efforts, as described in your PESP strategy, fit very well with the things we would like to see all pest management professionals incorporate into their businesses.”
