The following position is available for part-time employment:

Customer Service Representative

General Summary:

Provides friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt support for customers. Coordinates efforts of service, management, and administrative teams to achieve effective delivery of company's products and services to customers. Receives service calls. Logs customer complaints, and follows up to ensure resolution.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • US citizen or alien authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to work 8-5, and some overtime, and some Saturdays as required.
  • Read, speak, and comprehend English.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of MS Office business applications.
  • Skill in using MS Office business applications.
  • Skill in planning and prioritizing work, and completing work in a timely manner.
  • Skill in oral and written communication.
  • Contributes to building strong morale and team spirit
  • Skill in promoting cooperation, building teamwork, and resolving conflict.
  • Ability to check and correct spelling and grammar written in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage emotions in stressful situations.
  • Ability to operate computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to learn and use new computer software programs.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work demands and requirements.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
