Our 365 Pest / Rodent Prevention Program
Our most common service program for controlling pests like ants, spiders, rodents and roaches is also our most effective. We custom design a service program of exterior visits to protect your home on the outside, where almost all household pests come from.
Year-round outside treatments spaced every other month eliminate the need to treat inside unless you see a pest. For you and your family, that means more convenience, less exposure to pesticides and fewer pests making it into your home in the first place.
We guarantee our service. If you see any pests inside at any time - year round, we will take care of it for free! Our service program covers all types of insect pests inside your home as well as rodents, and stinging insect nests on the outside of the home.
The only exclusions are bed bugs, mosquitoes, termites and wildlife removal, all services that we offer.

Optional Termite Monitoring Program
We offer an option that utilizes strategically placed stations around your home to detect termite activity before they find the inside of your home. We will check these stations on each service visit to the home and communicate the results to you for a low per visit fee. If we find activity we upgrade from monitoring to Termite Guardian protection for an additional per visit cost.
Our Termite Guardian Program
We’re pleased to offer a total home protection program option. The Termite Guardian program for general pests and termites around your home. Blue Chip uses the Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System to inspect and treat for termite activity around your home. Sentricon by itself usually costs over $1000 to install, but by combining with our pest control program we are able to offer this additional service for less than a dollar a day*.
Combining our pest, rodent and termite services provides a complete pest control program all in one visit with the savings passed on to you. Our Guardian program is available for new customers and existing customers with a two-year service agreement. Let us start your total protection plan with a free home inspection.
*Our Guardian program prices are based on preventive treatment. If you have active termites, additional treatment may be necessary at an additional cost.
