Inspection of your home:

• We will investigate your home thoroughly to find any areas of termite activity.
• We will show you any activity or damage which is found.
• We will discuss with you the different treatment options available to rid your home of termites.
• We will give you a detailed written estimate, and leave that paperwork with you to review at your own pace.
• We will answer any and all questions that you may have about termites or our treatment options.
• We will leave you with a detailed report outlining what was found, what was suspected, and what if anything you can do to make your home less inviting to termites in the future.

Treatment of your home:

• We will treat your home as if it was our own. We will wear show covers inside and make sure to take special care around your possessions and home.
• We will show you what we are planning on doing before we do it to make sure you are comfortable with the treatment.
• We will put back anything that we moved and leave your home in as good or better condition than we found it.
• We will show you our treatment after it is done to make sure that you are happy. We will review station placement or hole patches depending on type of treatment.
• We will show you how to go online to check the status of your Sentricon System, if installed, to see where the termites are being found after each visit.
• We will after each visit wither review the service with you if home, or leave a door hanger letting you know what was done at that visit.
