This means all of our technicians pass a background check and drug screening, and they are held to the highest training standards in the industry.  This certification also means that all of our business practices, such as advertising, safety and customer communication meet very strict requirements.

  • Every Blue Chip employee, including our office staff, passes a college-level course on pest control from Purdue University.

  • All of our technicians are certified by the state of Missouri, not just licensed.  Licensing requires only 40 hours of training; certification requires six months of experience and passing three written exams from the Department of Agriculture.

  • We have training sessions every month with national speakers and industry experts so that we can stay at the leading edge of our industry.

  • We use the latest technology, including hand-held computers, to ensure that we have every available tool to prevent pests.

  • We have a certified entomologist on staff. This means that no matter the pest, we can identify it as well as determine the best solution for getting rid of it.

  • All of our technicians are in marked vehicles and wear uniforms for your protection. There’s no question about who is at your home or business.

  • All of our inspectors are salaried, not commissioned. You won’t get a high-pressured sales pitch, just straight answers and solid solutions.

  • We place our stations closer together than the label requires. Termites will have more opportunities to find our stations and take the bait back.

  • We provide online access to station history reports and station tracking so that you can see exactly what is happening around your home.  We want to make sure you know that you are getting what you pay for.

  • We limit price increases of our annual renewals to no more than the annual Consumer Price Index. While some limit increases to 5 to 10 percent, they can add up fast.
