| What to Expect |

Initial Service Visit 1. We will discuss with you exactly where you are hearing/seeing activity in the home/yard. 2. We will make a complete inspection of outside of home for points of entry or other signs of damage. 3. If necessary, we will make an inspection of the attic for the animal itself or damage from the animal. 4. We will discuss with you all the possible options as to ways to remove the unwanted animal. 5. Set trap/traps in the proper location. 6. We can provide you a written estimate of the cost to fix the animal's point of entry. Once the cages are set: 1.Traps must be checked every day, either by the home owner or, for an additional fee, by a Blue Chip Pest Services employee. 2. Once in the trap, the animal is removed from the property and another cage is set to confirm there are no other intruders are present. 3. The home owner must now decide if they wish to have Blue Chip make the repairs to keep all other animals out. |
