Bats are small winged (skin membrane) animals. They are brownish in color and typically are found perched upside down in a crevices or protected void. Their fecal droppings can be found on ground directly below the area they are roasting in.
They adult range in size from 8-10 inches and only weigh about ¼ of an ounce. They are nocturnal and feed on insects. They use Echolocate to find their prey.

Inspect to find entry point, which can be smaller than 1/2”. A bat cone can be installed over the opening until the colony is gone. All areas around the cone must be sealed during the process. Once the bats are gone, the entire house must be sealed.
